If I could I would get my money back! it really doesnt do what it says. Ive been playing with it for awhile and Im getting frustrated!! It really darkens the pictures the effects are almost all the same... dont buy! Youll regret!

This program, like JixiPixs other offerings, allows you to add Photoshop-like actions to your photos, this time grouped as a "romantic" category of varying colors and contrasts; and, unlike Photoshop, Romantic Photo does most of the work for you. A substantial assortment of styles is available, under headings like "Heavenly Detail," "Warm Glow," "Golden Memories" and the like - effective, subtle, nothing bizarre and useless. A brush lets you remove (and restore) changes to portions of the photo (which I could get to work on most, but not all, of the styles). A separate "Adjustment" panel allows for fine tuning your effects, and a "Vignette" panel provides many options for setting off the photos subject. Conversion to B&W is enabled as well. Of course, assuming you have a good shot to begin with, this program only changes the mood of the photo for broader usage, but it does so intelligently and well, and its previews render fast and accurately, so you can mark your progress with no thumb twiddling.

This app is well worth the money! I am getting great compliments on the pictures from this app This app and the handtint app are the best by far.

I use this program on a daily basis. I purchased it after using other photography products by the same company such as Hand Tint. This is easy to use and if youre not sure what to do with your photo just keep hitting random until something magical happens. I love the Heavenly BW detail and vignetting with either black or white. Dreamy blowout is also a great setting as well.

Good app for quick fixes. More options would make this even better.

It doesnt do anything I cant do with iphoto. Wish Id used my 6 bucks towards something more worth while.

I have purchased MANY photography apps and a few really stand out - this is one of them!! I use it anytime I put an image on a social media site. Alot of photo apps recycle the same few effects over and over and most of the time the image turns out ugly (posterize, sketch, etc). This apps effects are clean and professional, some of the effects are to extreme for my taste, but the majority of them are pleasing. When I post images on social media sites, I get many positive comments about them. I am a photographer and am very picky about editing programs, this one (and the Vintage app) does not disapoint.

It does everything it says it does and well. One severe drawback is its failure to work with RAW images otherwise it would have got a 5. The randomize is great when you have been overthinking what to do with an image :)

I have ALL of JixiPixs software. I love this one a LOT! Youll enjoy it and what looks you can get with your photos…including the dice of randomness. You get really nice choices and can tweek it from there…dreamy romantic photos! Recommend!

Ive downloaded this App and its cool, but now that Im done editing my photo, I see no option or button to SAVE the edited photo (nor export or copy-paste). How do I get my photo out of Romantic Photo and into another folder to view? Also, there is no "x" red button in the GUI bar. (exit button). How do you exit this app? I managed now because I pressed "Command" - "Q" . But those are two very big setbacks in this app so far. Unless Im missing something? Can someone please tell me how to save my photos!!!

The intended purpose of this app and its effects are nice however the program as a whole is quite unstable. If you cycle through the different effects too quickly, itll crash. And more often than not, itll crash for seemingly no reason at all. My iMac has sufficient horsepower (3.4 i7, 16GB RAM, 7200RPM drive and very few if any other programs running) so I dont believe its my particular machine causing the instability. This will be a 5-star worthy app once its stable.

Totally disappointed because I really love the app, but it just keeps crashing and its kinda annoying. I love the vintage photo one, although the interface needs a little tweaking to make it more user friendly. Like to move the window around on my computer, i have to position the mouse in one specific spot or it wont recognize my mouse and wont budge! Strange. But i do like the dice feature on all your apps and just wish it would stop crashing so I could use it.

Crashes way too much. Update is terrible in that you wont be able to edit many if any. I also dislike the new layout. You can not change the vignette shape as in previous version…there is only one choice and the choices at the bottom are too small to see much of the differences between styles.

I bought this and not pleased with it, The different settings are located at the bottom of the page, I clicked the arrow and now I cannot get the settings back. When you go to the website the explanation is not clear on getting the settings back
